LEDCO.
We have THREE of them currently and they work like a dream. There is nothing on them you cannot service if need be (they are very "nuts and bolts"), and their customer service is excellent. Even if you pick up a used one, as was our first one, they will still manufacture old...
This.
Charge them what you would for design the templates for them and be done with it. If my personal experience holds true, they will likely be back anyway.
Did Corel install another instance of Arial?
I had an INSANE kerning issue with the font "Souvenir" a while back. As it turns out two version of the same font were competing against each other causing major issues.
Search for "Arial.*" and make sure you only have one version installed...
The sign on the building is allowed to have their logotype. The monument out front has to have the name is a specific font under the new sign system. The problem is none of the other businesses follow the new standard because they were there before it was written.

Hey if anyone doesn't want to try the one for...
I was reading this article:
http://southtownstar.suntimes.com/news/25301892-418/school-officials-are-no-fans-of-gun-ban-signs.html

I think most of the easy to read...
This is not about someone stuck in their ways because they have been doing it for "X" amount of years.
It's about an idiot not being able to follow clear instruction.
You stated you asked for the letters to be mechanically fastened. They didn't listen or care apparently.
Fair enough.
Maybe it's because I build my own systems...I just wasn't clear of what made these so specifically wonderful for the sign industry etc...
I admittedly forget not everyone is inclined to build their own.
Thank you kindly for the response.
