had the printhead replaced luckily it was warrantied, and capping station wasnt holding a seal either so that was replaced as well works great now no complaints
yeah I have a tech coming hopefully soon I changed the wave pattern and it seems to be doing ok but at a slower speed....The tech seems to think nozzles were damaged...boy if i could have yesterday back geez!
we also do horizontal seams never understood why shops put 3 vertical seams down the side we always hide our seams and no one around here can touch our designs...you can actually read our wraps..lol the other guys grab a pre-made fills disc and throw a logo on it and call it a wrap.
This guy doesnt do a large volume nor is he the best or the fastest...my take is he is hurting for business and assumes something is better than nothing. Whats funny is the customer said he had poor customer service...was never at his shop and never answered the phone..and actually done work for...
came back to shop to see that epson gs6000 was doing some major head striking while I was gone....restared the print and it was banding so I ran a nozzle check and noticed I had some missing nozzles after several cleanings the cyan is still missing nozzles and still banding on blueish...
I have a wrap shop and I swear either im really stupid or just out of touch with price...I have a competitor here who just charged $2,100 for a 15 passenger van wrap including the roof...soon we will all be out of business because of people like this. I dont know how he is making any money and...
To me this says ( our wraps get you noticed..but we advertise with a billboard)..lol kinda ironic I think..in my shop billboards are the enemy...Wraps are the new billboards!
I dont have the internet to worry about but instead the ones locally who charge $100.00 for a 3x10 full color 13oz printed banner with gromets I dont know why people shoot themselves in the foot whrn they dont need to.
We use pro bond all the time and it works great! we are using 3m IJ180-CV3 and 8519 overlam I like pro bond because it doesnt get gummy like the primer 94 from 3M been using pro bon for at least 3 years and it holds very well.
they say that the sts inks are the same chemical make up as the epson no different im getting as epson drlivered on friday and plan to use the sts inks
