Fred: Just curious as to why you don't use the one right there in Tampa? I visited them last time I was there. Incredibly nice people, had several pieces of equipement there from Gerbers to Mutohs.- WVB

Yes it actually is. There is more to it then just that. Roland, Graptec etc. all use HIGH quality parts. They use digital servo controlled motors not stepping motors. There is a lot that goes into these machines. Not to mention the type of warranty you get with Roland or Graphtec compared to a...- WVB

Gx-24 not in flexisign production manager
Why don't you upgrade to 7.6 v2 its a free download from scanvecs website. Also contact Roland Tech support. If not contact Scanvec for tech support with your software. Even possibly the company from which you ordered the software/cutter from will be able to help you. -
