We use R-Tape Conform series AT-42 for RTA's and do not experience the edge curl. Now when we apply in house we use R-Tape 4075 RLA paper tape. No matter how you squeegee paper tape you will receive edge curl. For registration of multi colored vinyl we use AT-60 ultra clear also works GREAT for...
Stacy if you do not experience anything I doubt you will notice anything. The main thing for us is the blade just last a lot longer then other blades we have used from SW or Gregory. Now the blades from SW were just crap and we did notice a much better/smoother cut from Clean Cut Blades.
Ross over at Clean Cut Blade is an incredible nice guy! His blades are the best I have used and won't use anyone else's. Mention you are a signs forum user and you will receive a discount. Let him know The Vinyl Garage sent ya.......
I am needing a font that is wide on top and narrows down to the bottom. Also I think it has rounded edges. I can not remember the name of him back in day but its like his style. Yeah I know that helps out... In any event I used the pencil tool in Flexi and drew somewhat of an example of what I...
What are you trying to cut out? Is this something you have made/typed or is it from clipart? A lot of times clipart cd's you buy from ebay etc. will be double imaged in some areas. So those areas that have doubles will be cut twice. Possibly this is why it is cutting through the paper. So you...
Yes check your strip. If that is not it, check the file you are cutting. Sometimes the more detail it is the more the Stika will tear it up. Also I just tapped a piece of paper to the par. cable so that the vinyl would roll right over top of it. Previous SX-12 owner myself.
Clipart.com or do a google/image search and most likely you will have to vectorize from there. You may also send said (image you find that you like) image to The Vector Doctor to see what he would charge to vectorize for you.
Yeah I believe Fox Racing is owned by Disney or CAPS. Can not remember which but am curious to know what they charged. I know to sell Fox merchandise such as caps, shirts etc. it will cost you $10,000 at first.
Second welcome to S101 Red Eye from TX.
If you are using Corel do you not have Bitstream Font Navigator? That is what I use to print out my fonts however, as Fred has stated it will not print out the fonts name but the example of text you have choosen such as The Quick Brown Fox Jumps Over The Lazy Dog
