Lindy I agree with you and would have ordered them the same way and would have been upset when I received them like that. Whoever was making them saw that you put two signs on one and got confused. I would say not your fault

They are confusing the artwork for the actual dimensions. Picture no artwork there at all. He wanted them horizontal on a 24"x18" sign. They are wrong. Someone saw the artwork and got confused!

Looks like a bad seal and then ink contamination. Thats how my black looks. Couldnt do anything to fix it. So I just got a new capping station and a new black printhead!

My capping stations never had a mesh screen. I was told it was a new design and the new one was supposed to have one? Is that true?

I actually got mine from signwarehouse, it is a vinyl express but yes it is a graphtec. I mean ebay chinese crap!

Do not buy a cheap Ebay cutter. Buy brand name or you'll be wasting vinyl. Had a friend who bought one. Thought he was cool because I have a 42" Graphtec and he got an Ebay 50 something inch. Well i just ordered my new one through signwarehouse. It is being drop shipped direct from Mutoh. They said it is the new style with the mesh screen, but that hasn't been my problem anyway!
