google it!! and youtube it!! thats what i do all the time. i've only been using illy and ps for the past year and whenever i need to do something i have no clue how to do it, i just use the search feature in google and youtube......works everytime!

never had a problem with it...and have used it alot of times........we also have a vp540i. we preferred the standard vw profile for glossy material rather than the downloaded one from avery.

can you not just create your own version maybe?? that way you will have it on file.

have this i need to redo and i just need the font(s) for the wording..... i have quite afew fonts that look nearly right but just not 100 percent.

avoid ibuypower!! nothing but crappy customer service from both sales and tech dept.....checkout the reviews on them.....lots of the same thing and i have had first hand experience of it.....avoid them!

on installs we don't charge by the square foot, we charge an hourly rate, which would end up being alot cheaper than what you are charging.

we use orbus for that type of thing, very nice quality. we have printed them before on our roland just to see what it can and can't do for quality etc.

we have several pieces of equipment......i would highly recommend the roland printer/plotter machines, real work horse and is a great investment.

anyone know who does custom folders? we need to have a logo added to the front etc. did do a quick search on the forum as i could have sworn i've seen this posted before, but didn't see anything in the search.... thanks

they are extermly good and professional to deal with.

i just buy in the standard #2 brass grommets.....so not sure to be honest why it deforms them 9 times out of ten. have just wrote us banner an email to see what they suggest.

don't want to be a thread pirate but....... we have a usbanner one and it basically has a very hard time punching through the double folds on the corners, will actually deform the grommets so we have to pry them out and re do it! so, avoid usbanner machines! on that note, are the stimpson...

yeah, agree with john1......matte prints sooooooo much better than gloss. gloss we get more of a grainer look, matte just prints nice every time all the time.

thanks guys.....yeah, not a huge fan of fellers myself, but use them every now and again if our usual suppliers can't get what we need fast enough. will look into both suggestions............gotta be cheaper than what i was quoted from my normal supplier!!
