Prints off the Colorado are pretty durable. We don't typically laminate them. Victor mentioned that the ink from UV printing sits on top of the vinyl so there is bigger possibility of silvering from air under the laminate.

If you're cutting 4mm coro, then Exacto will work as well or better than the options you asked about. If you're cutting 10mm then a jigsaw or trim router will be the way to go. Regardless if it's 4 or 10mm, if it's more than a few pieces at a time then outsource it to one of the wholesale...

Our Colex does a great job cutting full rolls of decals. We have the 3hp router and cut .080 aluminum a lot, and .125 aluminum occasionally without any issues. Cutting larger than table size is a question for Colex.
