I saw your post about trying to get rid of the 257 Ink. I cannot help you there but if you are trying to save money on your ink consumption, i can certainly help. We are ink manufacturers and we offer a great product for the OCE using the 256 ink type. White typically retails for $199 and the 2L...
Good Morning,
Make sure your door sensors are shut; Make sure your media is covering the sensors. Remove the cartridges, shake them, re-insert. this fixed ours in house. Please let me know how it works for you. I am located in Boca and we manufacture inks for the Roland and other wide format...
First thing is first, do a nozzle check to see what heads you have firing. Secondly, you may need a new head depending on the results. to do a head clean, you must have ink in all of the channels. also to do a flush, one cleaning cartridge per channel is needed. keep me up to date and call me...
Hello Ian,
A failure in one of those dampers would NOT lead to air in all four lines. As for the proper way to do an ink fill up to get the ink through the dampers and into the heads, I will post in the next hour or so when my technician gives me the proper way to do it by the book.
If you are looking for a less expensive, true OEM replacement, I would love the opportunity to earn your business. We do some recycle programs but with the eco solvent 440ml cartridges, we manufacture a brand new mold for each cartridge instead of refilling them. To do that you will need a chip...
We can supply you with 100 swabs for $48 as well as any cleaning solution you may need or for your ink needs as well. We are a US ink manufacturer located in South Florida. Let me know if I can assist.
These printers last very long if maintained well. The OEM tells you to expect to get 6 billion shots out of the print head however, I have seem them go much, much longer.
Those tips don't really get any better than that. If the printer checks out and your ready to get printing, I would love to supply you with the inks for that printer and if you need any parts like dampers or a new head, let me know as well.
No Problem at all; We would be happy to pick up the warranty for the ink delivery should you choose to give us a try prior to expiration of your warranty. Have a great day!
If I have a opportunity to earn your business on our US Made replacement ink for the Mimaki ES3, I would love the chance to work with you and explain how our product and the support we offer. 440ml cartridges that are plug and play with the OEM and no profile change go for $75 and we completely...
If you are using 3M media, you should go to 3M online and download profiles for the media you have. That is your best bet and all you need to do. Additionally, if you want to achieve an extended color gamut, our inks are plug and play drop ins with the OEM Roland inks and our users get better...
Also, have you done a head alignment or feed adjust? I am speaking with one of my Mutoh certified techs who is trying to get all fo the variables from you to see if we can help.
What inks are you using in that Mutoh? Looks like starvation. maybe the Pigment load in the ink is too high causing starvation in the dampers. please provide as much information as possible as we are Mutoh dealers as well ink manufacturers.
If you have permanent chips that last longer that 6 years, well that is great and you have definitely gotten your moneys worth then. I have always been a bigger fan of selling the finished products regardless because it prevents more possible user error and from a user going from OEM to...
From our experience and from what we supply and inform our customers about, permanent chips typically last only 2 years so I would say you got the right life out of them. The only way to never need to change a chip is to get a decoder as well. We can supply one time chips, permanent chips(2...
