I think it's the hidden neon feature that gets unlocked after 3 years.

I think I found the problem. Looked like there was a little residu of sticky material with dust in the path of the heads. Cleaned all well and fingers crossed.

Today I started printing and got real bad banding. Looked at the heads on both had a stripe like the picture shows on them. Cleaned, did a nozzle check (all ok again) and started printing again. After about 1 feet same problem. Looked at the heads and the stripes were back. Could this be the...

Rightclick open --> open as administrator. Took me several reinstalls etc to find out this was the simple solution. Why....God only knows (and Roland techs.)

I was already reinstalling. Now I'm actually curious why......why does the program not show cutlines unless you open as admin....that does totally not make sense to me ???????:banghead:

Reinstalled again, run as administrator...and it works fine. :rock-n-roll:

Same settings / profiles etc. Load file on laptop : cutlines are ok (dancing ants) Load file on new pc : no cutlines I'm no trying to reinstall and update to the latest version. Download is veeeerrryyyy slowwwww

ps. eps margin/profiles is identical to other install. Convert spot colors bos is checked. Beats me... I'm not familiar with windows 8 (just got it to run VW) but wouldn't it be possible to just copy the prefs from the working version to the non working version? Don't know where to look for it...

I had VW setup at a laptop and bought a standalone pc to replace it. Both have 4.8.0 on it but the latest install (on the standalone) doesn't show any cutlines. The same files work great on the laptop though? Am i missing something very obvious?

While printing a lot of large size decals, I had the odd experience that sometimes my sp300i doesn't cut. After printing it won't detach the cut head from the printhead, and the display just keeps saying...now processing. I print/cut about 50 decals (same file) and it did so on 3 decals. Looks...

Client called and asked for me to cut in 4 pieces each 150cm long. So problem solved :notworthy:

The cutout will be a simple rectangle of 600 x 50cm and 600 x 35cm. I need about six of each. Total over 70 meters.

The width is no problem. But I have never produced prints and cuts with a length of 6 meters. Not sure if it's possible.

I have to print and cut several large format stickers with a dimension of 600 x 50cm. Can versa works and the sp300i handle these dimensions or do i have to cut in into smaller pieces?
