  2. HDPE sign installation

Stud mount it. Predrill holes 1 size larger than your studs. Preferably with a drill press so you don't go all the way through accidentally. Join studs using epoxy. "High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is used for milk cartons, fuel tanks and pipes. Previously, HDPE could only be welded together...

  6. You trippin?

Decriminalize everything, let the stoopid ones die out. Ban Narcan and ban code calls for ODs. I've lost, at last count, at least 15 people from my generation due to heroin. Tired of caring. It's a disease, but it starts with a choice, and there is no excuse for not knowing. You KNOW...

  13. Product Advice Needed - Poly Banner material

Customer has 12x 48" x 48" hanging banners. There are existing hangbars wired to the ceiling, so we'll banner tape a pole pocket at top and fold over. Fellers recommended this - anyone else either work with this specific material, or have any other options that'd work...

  15. Critique Requested

Shoresigns - Specific instructions from customer "We don't want to have a magnolia flower, there's like one tree in the entire development". They've had that since 03 iirc. Texas - It's for a PM company that we've done like 100k with in the last year. They're the liason with the HOA. Good...

That was the point, lol. I'm trying to control the narrative.
  17. Critique Requested

Sent her this as response, now we wait. MAXIMUM EFFORT. Customer, Thanks for the feedback. We can make the sign with a metal finish. Any cabinet that is a metal color is going to blend in with the wall. We can make it rectangular as well, and it will align with the lines in the wall. But my...
  18. Critique Requested

Customer response: "Font - would like something fancier - like the idea of the letter being lit. Can the back ground be made to look metal with some accents? Basically the look of the indoor sign loved on your brochure in an outdoor version" So... I'm gonna put a grey sign on a grey wall, with...
  19. Critique Requested

Thanks Brad for the detailed critique - appreciated. If I'm an artist, I'm an accidental one. I took my bare minimum in classes in HS, still can't put pencil to paper worth a lick. If you would've asked me, I probably would have classified the font as "Art Deco". The background was just a...
