Since the already processed file prints as you expect it, the problem must exist when you are trying to RIP the file. It's a good idea to take screen shots of your settings so that you can duplicate them for future jobs. I don't have Onyx but in Caldera, we set our rendering for spot colors to...
I have DirecTV and would be happy to get rid of them if it weren't for all the sports I watch. I have a computer attached to every TV in the house along with XBMC plus torrents and a sever in my closet basement. Tons of free content out there except for live sports. There are ways to watch live...
If you hold Crrl the same time you go to drag and drop the stickers onto your composite, it will ask you how many duplicates you want to drop at one time. Enter in the amount you want and hit the nest button. Another way you can do it is go to setup and enter in the number you want under...
We made a anti-static bar that lays across our Seal laminator at the point where the liner is removed. It used to shock the living you know what out of the operators to the point where it was a safety hazard. Since we made the upgrade, nobody has been shocked in over a year. It isn't pretty, but...

The application would be small decals / labels on items like cups and mugs. Up to this point, cut vinyl is the only method being used. What are some good small format (20" or less) printers that can print on vinyl or possibly coated vinyl? Also, what small laminators are good for doing this type...
I've tried to perf cut with the same cutter as you with limited success. It was a little rough around the edges and the cutting strip is getting a little worn. I'm in the process of upgrading to a Summa cutter and these issues will be a thing of the past.
We use Caldera and the nesting capabilities save us tons of time and media. We can drag and drop 100s of files onto one page and they auto-rotate. We can also pre-determine what is through cut and kiss cut on our Zund. As far as profiles, Easy Media is just that... Easy. We have a x-rite i1i0...
