^^this, plus sometimes ive found shipping to be a bit sluggish, not sure if its just the shipping of time it takes them to "process" and get it on the truck, but it seems like half the time i order it takes twice as long as the norm.
Each client has their own folder, Each project goes in a sub folder with the start date on the project, Then descriptive name followed by either print (if print we put which printer) or cut.
File paths would look like

Got a label from a client they need re-created, ive got the main text all re-created in AI but all this text at the bottom id rather not have to pen tool.

If it were me I'd empty the inks and lock the head just to be safe. We moved our vp-540 about 3 blocks in the back of a trailer, left the head unlocked and inks in with no bad results. It's the incline that would worry me. As for how man people to move it, I guess that depends how strong you...
