I am trying to decide which type of canvas or textured material to use. Had another thread about this so sorry for the double post. I will be mounting the scene onto the wood frame (painted hdu). I want to use a canvas material or maybe a wallpaper material. I plan on brushing clearshield on...
The oval is flat not domed. Yea I think it's too late to slot it, but that would have been a good idea. So it sounds like if i don't do like circleville said and use some sort of backer for the canvas then the glue will probably show through a little? I have seen some product that is a double...
Is there a very thin framers foam core? The recess is about 3/8" and I don't want to lose too much of the recess.
As far as not using solvent based adhesive, could I use something like wallpaper glue?
Would like some advice on how to handle the print aspect of this sign. I will be applying some type of digital print in the recessed area of the frame then I will attach the banner to the frame. I am thinking of printing the scene on canvas and then applying clear coat with a brush to try to...
drop the locking bars on the back door. Just be sure to work from the top down so they slide down as you go and will be resting on the floor by the time you take the last bracket off. An employee of mine did this once and worked from the bottom up, and I ended up with lump on my head.

The laser level must NOT be self leveling. get one that you adjust the level so you can line the laser to a body line whether it is level or not and whether the floor is level or not. They don't work...
HaHa, whats the opposite of nothing? Maybe i should talk him into a wrap one side black one side white split down the middle of the van with each side dedicated to one company.
I have a customer that wants his logo for his coffee shop on one side of his car and the other side he wants his bakery company logo on the other. Is there any unwriten rules on this? The two places are right next to each other.
I guess I should have said this in the first place that it is for my partner's and my trucks. We both agree that we love the reflective at night and like the matte finish in the daylight. "Standards" are not of any concern, we just want the lettering to still "light up" at night.
I am using oracal 5600.. and are we both talking about laminating with matte laminate? Your response sounds like you may be talking about gloss or clear laminate.
Which sign trade mags does everybody like best? Looking to subscribe to one or some but would like to hear which ones are good. I'm looking for ones that have good intorducitons to new materails and tecniques as well as whats going on in the sign world etc. Thanks
All credit on this to Jill, she designed a bunch of different ideas/concepts for us now we have it narrowed down to what you see... now we are looking for others opinions on the Inc. , & vs. "and", and connecting the p and h.
