The plastic part holding the roller is highly likely brocken. Check for cracks, that open, when you lower the pinch roller.

You need to add the optiscout marks before you import the design in Versaworks. Should be done in the design ptogram. Then in Optiscout, you can search for the marks.(or put it into an appropriate layer from the beginning)

Looks like you had a severe crash. Your heads and/or the carriage need adjustment.

Sounds like the captop doesn't make good contact with the head surface, or the pump doesn't work. Which probblem it is can be checked by sucking at a tube with a syringe.(while closing the second tube) If you can easily fill the syringe with air, there is a problem with the cap.(cap position...
