Thanks for the feedback people. I like the golden yellow better too - nice call, Jill.
I have to keep "and' in the tagline because this company has had a professionally made radio 'jingle' that sings out the logo.... has been used locally for years and is something people in this area are...
Client hasn't approved this yet, but this is what I came up with as an updated logo for a Kitchen/Bath company who has a reputation as an upscale/reliable business.
Customer wanted to retain the 'cloud' in some fashion.... I thought adding some 'sunrays' brought a warmth to the overall look...
Good morning fine people!
Looking for a good source for some digital 'clipart' style ribbons and banners. I have seen some for sale on 'letterhead fonts' as well as some on 'GoMedia Arsenal'.... and they just aren't doing it for me.
Sure I could create my own - and I may have to - but it...
Thank you very much, everyone. It's great tapping into this professional resource for ideas.
When contemplating things like this, it's easy to get confused - because you're too close to it. A fresh set of eyes and a different perspective helps a lot.
As I mentioned in the original post...
Good points, Gino.
What I am thinking, however, is a Biz Name that doesn't limit me in terms of outside perception, while the 'description of my services' is defined, but can be more fluid.....
Example: If my name was 'Todd's Signs' then people will always associate that name with me only...
Hi everyone.
I thought it would be a great idea to tap into the mass talent on this site and get several opinions on a business name change.
As of now, my business name is 'Outside The Lines.' This is a somewhat generic name, which, in essence is what I am after...... except I want to...
Hi good people.
I have a friend who owns a Roland SolJet 540 EX PRO 2 digital printer. I trade design work for use of his printer when I need it.
We have never been able to print good, desaturated gray tones.... they always come out either 'greenish' or 'bluish' or 'magenta-ish.'
My buddy...
Great suggestions folks... some of which we have done in the past. My biggest hurdle seems to be the *quality* of the print when I substitute a non-Roland vinyl..... the Roland profiles seem to print quality prints on Roland material... but if I sub in a different manufacturer's vinyl... such...
Hi Tim... my buddy owns a Roland Soljet Pro EX 540..... the problem we've found with using different brands is that the color profiles and quality results are completely different when using different materials... and I suggested to him that the logical thing to do is to use Roland vinyl ALL the...
Hi - looking for a source where I can get Roland brand digital vinyl in smaller width and shorter length rolls than what is typically standard.....
Looking in terms of say, 24" X 10yard rolls instead of 54" X 150 foot...... or even 54" X 10 yards... something like that. Does such a product...
Summa sales, Customer and Technical support has been absolutely spectacular over the years. If my tank-solid Summa plotter ever gives up the ghost, I know exactly where I will turn for the next one.... SUMMA.
Gino - read through the posts carefully. The drama lies with you and your insecure display of bravado... a little introspection would do you good. If I had the time or sadistic desire to read your 21,000 posts, I'm sure I'd see a pattern. Thinking 'I had more on the ball' is meaningless to...
Don't ask 'please tell us what we are all doing wrong?' as you try and lump the innocent into supporting your ridiculous antics. If you enjoy being an @ss... then carry on with the drama. The ratings in your personal reality show won't last forever. Pffffttt.
