I know this sounds way to easy but have you reset the machine by holding down the left arrow while turning the machine on?

JBurns, am I remembering correctly that to use the Gerber cable you need to be running Omega 2. something or higher?

I run into this problem when I hit the online button before it has a chance to completely send the info to the plotter. Put the machine online first then send the job. Just a thought

I have the most finicky edge! I'll run a job and all is well. The next job I'll have problems. Recently I was having the same issue as you are. I took the sides off and pressed all connections I could see and any connection under the hood and miraculously the machine started working correctly...

I've always used oil base for mdo signs. I've never used rustoleum brand but it should work! I started using the pre painted mdo boards a long time ago

I could of swore that I could print the max height that the edge would allow then contour cut the image larger than the 11 inches but when I go to do this in flexisign it wants to tile it and I've always used flexisign with my edge ( well the last 10 years) am I wrong?
