Thank you chase... I'm opening it up now. This plotter came with the edge and I never hooked it up until now. Main board blew on my graphtec and other graphtec for some reason will not work in my flexi so yes I'm really annoyed at the moment..

Cleaned all I could see, oiled things. Decided to just cut some circles because I noticed the cut was not completely closed. Now it doesn't even come into contact with the vinyl..... This would have something to do with Z right? I don't understand how it goes from contacting with the vinyl and...

Thanks, I ran circles to just test it out..... Area maybe 2 x 11 inches. I just remember when researching I remembered a few talking about calibrating the plotter

Doing contour cuts with this older plotter and something is off. Do these plotters need calibrated and if so how would I do it. All I need it to do is contour cut me edge print. Sadly my graphtecs main board went out so until new comes in I need to use this. Thank you!

Just got a order for 2x3 sandblasted cedar sign. I used to do these all the time but not so much now. Is there anywhere I can purchase the above or similar material by the foot? Just hate to spend 100 dollars for 20.00 worth material to have the remainder just sit there forever

I use flexi 7.6 with my gerber edge. If you go to bezier and trace the image it will make it a vector then you can use spot color

Well all is well! Maybe I have the truion version. I just removed both black metal plates from sides and blew dust out. Didn't have to flip on side. Hubby thinks it may have something to do with the safety button but who knows. He designs sensor and circuit boards. Looked over all connections...

You want to export out of casmate. Text to curves copy and simply go to export , drop down to file choices choose eps then save to. Destination you want.
