You have to use same type of cleaning fluid (ink + cleaning fluid must be compatible) else the different chemistry can cause permanent damage. Are you sure it's clogged, it can be air in the ink tubes.

I think the minimum is the i1 Publish, in addition that your rip has to support making a profile like Wasatch or Caldera visual Rip

I don't actually know any of the two types mentioned, but the Drytac looks better. I would look for another model with swing out arms like the GBC Falcon and Seal 600. It makes it a lot easier if youare working alone.

Inspect the bottom of the carriage carefully, most probably you will find some debree or dust attached to it, that causes ink vapours to condensate on it and start dripping.

Unhooking ink tubes are messy and danderous. "little charge" should be more than enough to solve the problem.

Reduce pressure on top roller and increase tension on the lamination roll.
