uninstall any virus protection and reinstall after you have gone thru the steps of inputting the IP address and reboot. That's what my rep. had to do to make it work after several times of trying to make it connect. good luck

I set mine to 90grams and cut twice, takes a bit longer to complete but it works fine. Make sure you have a good blade. It's good to have several blades to changes out on thicker material. Good luck

I set mind to PGCT profile and HQ CMYK-v photo wpass and it looks great. My heater settings are 102. Sometime if i have banding I try Med. cleanning. Hope that helps.

I'v got a comp. with GA 6.2 w/1300 plotter ready to go. You have to have the key that plugs into the back of the comp. to make it work. Mine is for sale for $2000.00 if yours does not work.
