Well turns out they don't want a patch they like it Sewed straight to their vests lol I tried one and it did better then I thought. But he said it showing so small gaps lol I'll try with more tajima underlay next. I got an old one to practice on now.

Never did patches but it's a police badge sews out pretty much like a patch already. So what material would be best to sew it on? Twill? Thanks

I got Wilcom 4.5 Modules custom splits Shading and open fills

I have Wilcom and it does have a lot of fill pattern but nothing on the sports lines. Such as baseball threads, football or basketball texture patterns. Has anyone ever seen this? In any other software or sold to where you can add into the Wilcom?
