That is definitely neat stuff, however I still prefer to use Quikrete dry. I can tamp it and continue mounting my signs without waiting for the post to harden. It will harden up on its own from the ground moisture in a couple of days even in the driest time of year.

Maybe where your vinyl was touching the bars? Does it happen more than once in any print, or just occasionally in the first few feet?

I would also agree wrong silicone, but with the weight of those letters, I would feel better if it had a stud or two going through the wall for the sheer weight.

I lettered some windows for State Farm last year and they provided print ready files, then asked me to email back a proof. So I literally sent back what they sent me, they approved, and the rest is history.
