I'm pretty sure Gemini does clear them. We get our gold letters elsewhere and 15 years ago they came with no clear. Now they are cleared and hold up better, look just as good, plus no Michael Jackson gloves to install them which is nice.

Single Card file. My only gripe is the way they do their bleed is a little unorthodox, but I have ordered propably 10 sets of cards through them and they have all been exactly as I expected and good quality.

On the 3651, I use the Glossy Calendered Vinyl.

That has more to do with the cheap vinyl than it does the thickness. Are you laminating these prints, with clearshield or film either one? If not, don't plan to put your cutline next or in the ink. For a window lettering, regular ol 3651 gets the job done for me most of the time unless I know...
