If you laminate, you need to go under cut controls & make the down force higher, I would start at 165 & go up from there, if you didn't cut deep enough the first time then just put it through again with the same down force & it should cut it, do you know how to do a test cut to see if you are...

How about removing the head & reinstalling it "just in case" Maybe it would be a hail Marry but I would try it, actually if I had the same problem I would post about it & hope you saw the post-so if you are stumped I am guessing this is a bad one, good luck
