I need suggestions on mounting 3'x4' paper maps to a "somewhat" rigid substrate. I was thinking of 3/16 adhesive foamboard (easiest) or mounting the paper to 3mm pvc with spray adhesive, but not sure about the expansion rate difference (indoor) between paper and pvc. Any suggestions?

Looking for a thick 10mil laminate that is reasonably priced that is suitable for tradeshow displays. I have been printing on 7mil polypropylene and laminating with a 3mil matte calendered laminate. Preferably 25" - 27" wide... now I'm asking for too much :) Any suggestions?

Opps! Just checked... no tutorial on layering vinyl. Check youtube.

Break the logo apart. Cut each layer with registration "peep" holes or a border. Align and apply the layers on top of each other (one at a time). I just confused the hell out of ya... didn't I? Go to tutorials... I think there is a vinyl layering tutorial there.

A. Though, I do not kern complete paragraphs ;) Also, I have forgot to kern at time or two. I can see Jill shaking her head...

This is how we do it. Occasionally, when they request, I will print on 7mil polypropylene with a matte or lustre laminate and apply velcro (hook) and skip the styrene.
