even with a take up it was dicey. id recommend a r2r if at all possible. the fb series is not great at banner long runs.

sounds like it could perhaps be rip related compensation issues. what material are you running and what rip?

yeah agreed with papa bud. heat down a bit, vac up, and if its still continuing, try connecting to the take up before you begin the run, may help keep it down

it'll let you but make you go thru a few messages to actually run it. basically they just say its on you for loading it, on you if it causes problem, fully pushing liability onto the customer and off of hp.

I've seen jigs tho routed out of 1/4 pvc for stuff like that. if you are going to so something tiny though, be mindful of rollers. sometimes the roller can land on the front of media like that and pop up the back side as its crossing into the print area.

ws has 36's and depending on where you are it may go out same day and arrive within 1 to 2

id say 3 tops. 2 to 3 with proper care. but i can't obviously make a guarantee. but i have seen them up for that long.
