It looks like what happens when you paste an RGB image into a CMYK color space. Try opening the image instead of pasting it. Flexi should determine the color space from the file that way and it should look like in Corel. Could be something else but that's what popped in my head first .

Maybe there is some new material that I don't know of but as far as I know, all one way window material requires one room to be dark and the other to be bright to work.

It's a problem with the head circuit. You can try unplugging the head cable and reinstalling but if you're under warranty, I'd let the tech do it. There's a possibility you need a new head or head bower board.
