I've trying to think of a way to incorporate QR codes and this sounds like a great way to use them! I'm in the same boat. What little processes/systems are documented, are sprinkled all over the place. Google Docs, paper prints, word files, PDF's etc etc. Time to pick one central location...

No, I believe they added a "Touchstone" option on later models that allows you to print 2.5D / textured stuff but not positive if even the new ones can technically print ada compliant graphics.

Yeah it's great stuff. We stopped using the AE version but print tons of the regular HTAP version every day.

Looks like a nice unit, especially when paired with all their finishing equipment. What does that printer go for? Would probably be a hell of a lot faster than a UCJV, that's for sure!

I think he's looking to print "waterslide" type decals, not to be confused with decals for a water slide, lol. Random google search brings this...

That's pretty bad. I would assume they've got some pretty serious legal exposure there if they're not in compliance while storing card/client info. I've never used them before but definitely won't now. Thanks for the heads up.

How long is the job/batch? Are you printing w/ intermittent marks?

Which Aslan product are you using for this? We usually just reverse print on 3651 clear then back w/ 651 white but with lighter backgrounds it definitely doesn't block out the light 100%. Thanks!

I think it's the lack of effort that is most surprising. If you actually have those materials and are trying to cut them, just measure them with a micrometer as mentioned. It's a great tool to have around the shop. All the materials that you listed probably total 100 different possible...
