k, looks as if its hitting the spring that adjust head height...

this machine has put millions of new gray hairs in my head since april and im only 30!...Screws are out and it have it up, just cant get the darn thing moved out..like its not up quite far enough...

I have read the Maintenance Man. too, It got me this far, but guess I may have missed a step maybe...

Got the new head today, cant get the old one out, I have loose but cant get it rotated out, any suggestions? here is a pic...

He just wanted me to draw the crown for him, Thats a quick version of it, Im not doing the sign, I told him I'd rough it, and he'd have to tweak it to his liking, and Yes I did draw half and mirror it...cause he was doing the fine tuning work.

A buddy of mine needed the crown drawn (pretty simple really! took like 2 min!), just messing around I redid the whole logo, ive not posted one here before, but what do you guys think? I'll post the original then mine with the use of a LHF...I love those fonts! Not to say theres anything wrong...

That nozzle check looks terrible (mine) when I print black it come out nice and clean...dont understand that...

Thanks for the reply brad, I had another post on here stating my problem...Yes it is not printing color, black prints fine, but no color, ive put new o rings on the dampers, new pump, new capping station, no new heads or dampers...I tried to fill the capping station with cleaning fluid...

Thats a great thread, but since my head fuses are ok, what shall be next?

Both Fuses tested good....what do you guys think replace the color head?

I have had this machine since april, and still do not have it running...I think that is patients! I did do a search for this and no photos, or post came up with the info I needed or I would NOT of posted!

So Smack me if needed, but we are not talking about the the board thats on top of the carriage? So do I need to take yet something else apart lol?
