Falcon Jr, with Flexi 8.1 pro I have cyber print, but I cant get it to print out of it...right now im using ltp port, cause I cant get the fire wire thing or what ever thing came with it...that runs off of a eithernet cable...

I dont even have a good color profile right now, Im actually lost on the subject! I have tried to read up on it, and asked a few questions, but nothing has really made sense...right now everything comes out a little dark, especially photos. and it has my inks printing at 100% not sure if thats...

Flexi 8.1 pro...using flexi's rip...

How close to matching Oracal 651 Gold can a guy get? I still am adjusting on my color profile even though I have no clue what im doing, some stuff comes out good, some stuff comes out to dark...photo's seem to come out way to dark....any one have any tips or hints?

Tried that, still get read port error, also tried going into the job archive, and opening the cut file from there and it errors as soon as I open it....

Connected through LTP1 since the guy i bought it from lost the cable so I used the parallel port cable that came with my falcon...I can cut anything else off it and it reads the registration marks, and cut another sheet of small race cars I just printed....So i reloaded this sheet and tried it...

Have tried this with Flexi 7.5 and 8.1 pro for contour cutting, maybe its just this sheet...but I get a read port error in Flexi when I try and do contour cuts...Worked fine before, and worked fine when I did a sample test print and cut of my own logo...not sure what is going on... Thanks...

That did the trick! I restarted several times, but never thought about powering off the machine!

Version 8.1 pro....was working fine, now I send a file through to my printer, and it never gets past 25%...and the printer never starts but does say recieving port, left it on overnight and it still did not finish...anyone have any ideas?

If you do a forum search, there are some AWESOME tutorials on this, and a cheaper way to replace them, that makes it easier to change out int he future if needed! Do a search for Mutoh Head Fuse...

You have any decent ICC profiles? I just got mine running this week, so im as new to this as you can get! Any pointers are greatly appriciated!

Well I been thinkin about upgrading, maybe I'll go ahead and do that....I also got a program called CiberPrint 4.2 with the printer but I have not had any luck with it, anyone familiar with it?

Whats the best ICC settings to use for a Falcon Jr? I got my heads lined up right, but I did a print of my own logo, and it looks like its laying twice as much black ink as it should...I am using an ICC i downloaded off 3m's site for the IJ180 somthing or another vinyl lol...I forget the number...

what about the steaks? I'll take a pic of a test print I did after I feed my Dad his lunch...

Suggestions? Black didnt do that before, it was good and clean, now it gets steaky, like it bleeds....What do you guys think? Im just happy I finally got this booger to print something!
