I wouldn't have given a refund, most I would have given her was a reduced rate on her NEXT job as a "sorry about the confusion." As the sales person it's a little hard to hold the hand of every customer and coddle them into understanding everything ... some just don't want to do it.

Man, this is an easy graphic to do, just make a 90 degree triangle (easy enough to do, make a square, turn it 45 degrees, remove one corner so it's only 3 points), pair off , dupe and spin, convert outside length on one to a curve, add back a 4th point, nudge outwards, bring in outside curve...

Clear bras are sort of pointless, pasties are classier. Saw one once that had pasties that were gas masks, matched really well while dancing to "hurt" by NIN.

I use wd-40 on back sprayed acrylic panels to clean up paint overspray on the front (not sure if it will work on lexan) and the rest of my cleaners are kroil, rapid remover and if I am worried about chemicals affecting a substrate I will use Goo Gone (not goof off ... that stuff sucks) Kroil may...

I've never been able to remove any solvent ink that is cured with anything less than sanding/scraping. Even the data sheets list proper cleanup but not removal since it bonds and becomes part of the material (even if it does sit on top) ... but I'm pretty sure if you're willing to experiment...

Only offset printing spot colors are able to get flourescent as far as I know. Might as well bite the bullet and just overlay the bad boys, just don't design for complex curves.
