I know about the check box to make the nag go away, but it simply didn't work as advertised...sometimes yes, sometimes no. It was just too much of a PITA to me...and the same with on the other computer my wife uses...she was really annoyed with it.

I have been using the built-in WinXP firewall, but understand the need for something more robust (at least a 2-way firewall). We're currently running Avast (paid) virus software and Adaware (paid) for spy crud. I've tried a few firewalls that I'm not too thrilled with. I thought ZoneAlarm too...

I have considered a panel saw for some time now, but is it easy enough to setup and use for moderate quantities. I've never used one, but have researched them a lot. Just seems a bit cumbersome for jobs of this nature. I've also looked at the Fletcher and I'm just not seeing good production...

As we are considering a flatbed printer, I also want to find out what some of you are using for cutting moderate amounts of substrates? Example, you print 25-4x8 sheets of coroplast (or aluminum or dibond or ???) and need to dice those up into 6" x 24" pieces. That's a lot of pieces when done...

Is it black on clear? Since it's for ATVs you need to consider that the low-energy plastic and typical vinyl adhesive don't mix too well...you may need something with more agressive adhesive...such as Convex.
