My first question would be is your "tool" set right for the blade? I use the CB09U+0 for vinyl as reccommended. I remember when my machine first arrived it was set to run a marker not a plotter blade. Also some fine tune adjusments of your axisis should help as well.

Someone once told me of a software which made it easy to view vector files from a disc in bulk(that I no longer have the book to). Without having to open each file individually. Does anyone know of such a software or program?

I had to take the side panel off my laminator and now I cannot get the tension knobs correct.. The issue I am having is the take up reel is taking up to quick possibly?. Could anyone give me a little guidance in to which knob I would have to adjust get the take up system to work...

Same here.. a good deal of firm intial pressure is a must. I actually use the squeege flat and apply the pressure with the 2 humps that are located on the center to the squeegee to get optimal pressure with out scaring my squeegees edges.

I mistyped the name of the font. STOCKADE and it came fro the font library on the Flexi disk. I researched it online and didn't have anyluck finding any versions available for purchase.

The printer model would have help as well.. Sorry I discluded that from my original post. My Mutoh ValueJet is now back in action. It took about 5 strong cleans.. Lesson learned on my half. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR ALL THE HELPFUL INSITE..

I did 3 strong cleans and the black is back... The magenta is printing a salmon like color.. Getting close

Thanks.. I'm going to give that a try. When I was printing the solid black is was coming out a dark to medium green, it was progressivly getting lighter which kinda worried me. I would think over time it would get darker???

Hey all, When I returned to my shop this morning My black Ink cartridge whet dry. This was my fault. I knew it was low.. I should have swapped out before I left.. Now my colors are all outta wack. I assume ink was taken from other cartrides possibly? Blacks are printing green and...

Thanks so much for the insite. The bad thing is the customer is looking for that tarnished look overtime. The face of the brass is debris and oil free at the moment....
