    I use triangle and would never switch back.... I do not think Roland can Deni warranty because you used 3rd party ink, unless in some way they are inferior, which I doubt, I would call 1110 and see what they have to say about it, the only issue that you could have is if you had a mixing issue...

    hey I sent you a pm....but that scoop should be bolted on if so remove it and take a piece of paper and trace the cut out for the scoop and scan it into your computer. or take a digital photo and make the vectors, if the scoop is on with tape you can still remove it or take a photo from above...

    does your test print show that you have a plugged head? the best thing to do would be to re post under what type of printer you have, say roland or mutho etc, and then those who own this type of printer could help you with your issues much easier than those of use who may use a different brand...
