  7. ANAGRAPH AE 75E and Anaplot--No Communication

I gave up on the AE 60E, and found an absolutely pristine AE 75E online. We drove six hours to pick it up, came with PC computer and Casmate software. Here's the thing: I work in Corel draw. I'm used to anaplot. I don't really have the time at the moment to learn to use the Casmate...

  9. Anagraph AE60 problem

Thanks for all the advice. I'm pleased to hear the testimonials about these machines. I know mine is archaic, but it never gave me any issues. I hope it can be fixed. The old software is gradually degrading on my equally old cut PC machine, I have to find back-doors every now and then to...

  11. Anagraph AE60 problem

Hi there. I haven't been on here for quite a while. I'm Mal and I have an nearly antique Anagraph AE60 elite cutter that has been solid for well over a decade. 'Til now, of course. Current problem: the cutter turns on and the head moves fine, but when i go to cut something it has a blank...
  12. hand painted banner

Hey Paint Pusher Not enough experience here to advise you definitively, but I'll share what worked for me. I had to paint several existing bright red awnings that were made of banner material. I cleaned and degreased the bejeezuz out of them, then sprayed them with Krylon Fusion Plastic...
  13. High relief Lighthouse

Got that lighthouse and the rest done. Not sure how to link the thumbnail...but it's in my pics here. I ended up using celfort insulating styrofoam for the body, and using three minute set cement over adhesive drywall mesh as a sculpting medium. It ended up quite light weight, thank goodness.

  20. Has anyone been paid to curse on a handmade sign?

I had someone request a message to be sandblasted into a large, smooth garden stone. It said "Get the F~~K off my Grass. It was very subtle on the stone, and almost everyone killed themselves laughing when they bent down to read it. Then, of course, they got off the grass. ---mal
