    the computer connection is usb, and a power cord. you will need cleaning supplies, (cleaning solvent, swabs, etc, I think most of that comes with ) buy from some one close to you that will give you support, and answer your questions that is worth more than a few bucks saved.. //chopper

    put the new ink in and pull it to the heads with the syringe, as long as your machine is fairly level you should be good to go once you get the in to the heads, you may be able to allow the pump to pull it through the lines also but I always do by hand much easier for me anyway.. //chopper

    Triangle has 440 ml carts available also, you could do a system flush and try them in the carts if you like it switch to the bulk inks or if you do not do enough printing stay with the carts..and take advantage of the savings and the better colors. if you dont like them do another system flush...

    So when you do a test print does all the heads print ok except the black? when you take the cover off and move the carriage over to the left (do a wiper replace under cleaning menu) is there ink puddled in the capping station? ( if so you have a plugged line to the pump, or the pump is bad)...

    when I read your post I don't know how but I missed the part where you said that it makes a different sound now than before, I would think it is your pump but you should clean the lines anyway, when you get a new pump make sure that you get the updated one, //chopper
