    The screw being stripped could sure be an issue if the sensor is not firmly mounted. The sensor is just as important as the strip. I have had the sensor turn just enough to rub the strip and damage it. Good luck.

    The print head is to close to the print material, basically, and is swiping the material that is raised. Try to manually raise your print heads and not to much heat on the print table itself. Good luck!

    Unless you can manufacture a “stretch frame” or know enough to be able to engineer a good way to to stretch it on the current cabinet, poly is just to easy for this size of face. Follow all the above advise, charge enough and then pat yourself on the back for asking great questions like this.

    Anyone can find a “cheaper” price if you look long enough. Don’t burn a bridge, be nice and professional if they do decide to go elsewhere. 95% of customers of mine that decide to use someone else because of price, always come back.
