Other than this issue, how do you like your machine overall?

I am the OP. We use Onsurd bits and silicone spray and still get a max of 3-4 040 sheets. This is with a new collet and nut. Any advise?

We have the Roland Soljet machines and had great results. We can track 30ft of print/cut items with zero problems, maybe we just got a good batch of machines, IDK. I really need some new machines, I just dont see the speed advantage of moving the prints over a plotter. The prints that come off...

I just hate having to switch machines to cut, really a lot of trouble when the one machine can do it all. Somebody convince me two machines are better than one. I need six printers (print/cut preferably), but on the fence right now. Somebody help!!

We don’t have a mister but use spray silicone, but 4 sheets of .040 seems to be max we can get out of a Onsurd $20 bit. What feed rate and rpm are you guys running on aluminum?

How much time can you get out of a typical name brand 3/16” up cut carbide bit cutting only .040 aluminum sheets.

Blade holder!!!! Confirm the metal cable, that the blade holder slides on, is tight and not slipping(probably not the cable, but you need to check). 95% the blade holder is worn out & use 60 degree blade.
