  1. Windows 7 with roland sp-300V

No no need to connect to wi-fi. My laptop I run my SP300V only has windows and VW loaded on it. No internet connection at all
  2. Windows 7 with roland sp-300V

https://www.mediafire.com/file/wipvff2xmct2pdq/Roland_Versaworks_5.iso/file Download for VW 5 with the updater to 5.5.1 - SP300V should run on 4, but runs better on 5.5.1
  3. Windows 7 with roland sp-300V

Possibly, Win7 should have that as part of the normal install though, the same way that if you plug in a USB desktop printer it automatically detects the port etc.. I'm sure the PC has an ethernet port, maybe he meant the printer didn't? I haven't seen a PC without one since the old WinXP days!
  4. Windows 7 with roland sp-300V

To run an SP300V on Win7 you shouldn't need any drivers. Connect from the PC to the printer with the USB cable ( as the SP300V doesn't use ethernet ). The drivers are contained within Versaworks, so as long as your USB connection is working VW will detect the printer. VW doesn't need windows...
  5. CM-300 cutting strip

That is having a laugh charging that much! I can send from the UK to Canada for a quarter of that and that is for tracked airmail Try https://www.facebook.com/ernie.viveiros . He is a US based seller and can probably do you a much better deal
  6. sp300i help please?? super slow

I think the problem is more likely with your software. If you are using VW try uninstalling and reinstalling it, it sounds like it isn't sending the whole job and is just sending a small part at a time. There isn't really anything that can go wrong with the printer to make it print slowly (other...
  7. US Tariffs, Sigh!

I don't think any amount of dumbing down would make you understand when you have your head stuck in the sand...
  8. US Tariffs, Sigh!

And what is the yearly output of those factories? Can you really not understand that one factory putting out a billion chips supplies a lot more than 100 putting out a few thousand each? China has entire cities just dedicated to producing one thing, not tiny factories. If the US has so many...
  9. US Tariffs, Sigh!

If Trumps plan is so good for the USA, then why is he already backtracking on it?
  10. US Tariffs, Sigh!

So that is two plants. What about the other few thousand needed? Do you have any idea how many electronic components the US needs every year?
  11. US Tariffs, Sigh!

Really? A factory isn't just an empty building. America don't have the facility to mass produce the electronic components needed for all the tech products people buy every year. How many millions of iphones sell each year?
  12. US Tariffs, Sigh!

How many years will it take the US to set up the manufacturing for all those technology items people buy every day? Are you happy paying twice as much for your next mobile phone for the next 3 to 5 years?
  13. US Tariffs, Sigh!

That is fine in theory, but the the problem with Trumps plan is America don't produce most items., or if a manufacturer does they often source the parts to make them from China. Yes, America can set up factories to make things within the country, but that is going to take years, plus training...

  15. Need Help Genuine Roland print head

I have a used tested SP300V board in stock if you need it. I send worldwide so shipping to Aus is no problem. Unfortunately once the main CPU goes there isn't any way to repair them.
  16. Roland Peck4 tool needed very badly

See my reply on your other thread
  17. Need Help Genuine Roland print head

Ok your mainboard is shot and needs replacing. The capacitor blew for a reason and it probably shorted and damaged the main CPU. When you replace a mainboard or just a component then you don't need to use peck to add anything back on, so your printer has more problems than just that
  18. Need Help Genuine Roland print head

You don't need the peck tool to replace a print head? You just fit it then calibrate and you are good to do. Do you mean the mainboard was replaced as well? Even in that case you dont need peck after fitting it
  19. Need Help Overspray everywhere around capping station

Your captops seem to be draining fine. Have you just been printing more than usual lately? If the print quality is fine and nozzle test etc.. then I wouldn't worry about it. I have seen much worse than that before!
  20. Need Help Missing one side whole side of cyan print head suddenly.

You are very unlikely to hear a leak, the better way to check is look for bubbles in the ink line, or a complete lack of ink. When you pull with a syringe, take the damper off and pull through that, not through the head itself which can damage them.
