Have a need for a small quantity of custom cut aluminum blanks suitable for vinyl application. Simple oval shape in heavy aluminum. Any recommendations? They need to be an oval ~ 24x48. Am open to premade ones as well, just haven’t been able to find any.

Just didn't feel like the Orabond had the high-tack of other tapes we have used. Typically we order banner tape from Grimco, but I need to place an order with Fellers for ink today, so thought we give them a go. Thanks for the feedback!

Anyone use banner tape from Fellers? Which do you prefer the TAKIT or TUFFTAPE III? They also carry the Orabond but we do not like it.

Any leads on a source for high-res photos appropriate for a 3'x16' banner? Outdoor scenes is really what we are looking for. Also, there is a dude on here that sells some kick-*** plotter blades for Graphtec. Anyone know the fellas name? I have it somewhere but be darned if I can find it.

Hey how do you guys check the yellow on your nozzle check pattern? It is extremely hard to see. The fella that installed our printer had a little light that made it easier, if I recall. Usually if all the others look good I just assume the yellow is OK too.

No real vacation in almost 2 years so this will be a welcome break. 5th time in Vegas, but first time I will stay downtown for a couple days. Really looking forward to that as I love the downtown vs the strip (except I do like the Casino Royale)

2x3 digital print mounted outdoors, inside a display case. Originally mounted it on 3mm PVC with disastrous results (Multiple warpage as the sun hits it). Any suggestions on a cost effective substrate for this application?

I have been fighting a roll of Oracal 210G. It will *not* release with the BS, just folds over and causes headaches. It is finally almost gone. You fellas have a favorite lam that will release well with the Big Squeegee?
