    Have you tried to restart your computer? It seams like flexi is having a problem in the computer not the printer. Flexi will usually will rip then it need to send it to print, unless the rip is set up to rip and print at the same time.

    I 'm not sure if it is adjusting the heads, we checked the uni and bi- directional for the heads and adjusted them we put a band aid on the issue, we have the printer printing a cyan boarder, which prints the blue line just past the image. It doesn't seam to do this when we print banners...

    we haven't replaced or changed any parts I can check to see if a cable has come loose from the print head

    has anyone had this issue with a valuejet it is printing blue lines, attached is an image we have aligned the print head, after we have done that we confirmed with a print out and it has blie ink all over the print out the nozzle checks are fine Thanks
