Do you have a picture of the condition of the magenta head ??
Did you try to make adjustments to the head voltage ?? I only had to play with mine ever so slightly to correct miss fire issues.
If your going for solid Grey's than this is no good and I would be finding option B for now. You should upload a Jpeg of the design so we can compare both. I would 100% recommend a Tec visit & get everything back in order.
There's no reason for the Fuzziness.
First Go to Homedepot or a hardware store and grab a humidity gauge, a basic gauge is $15 - this will give you some insight on where your at. Normally they want these between 40-60 if I’m correct, might be a little higher. Without knowing any number your shooting in the dark but yes Humidity...
We had issues with our FC and static but only with Coro and styrene.
First thing I would suggest is Running a few test runs of paper - full bed runs, ink is cheap enough for a standard image.. This will rule out any other issue - paper shouldnt create static and is a good base start.
If you...
Have one person use 2 heat guns to get the area nice and warm. As they heat you can pull at a consistent pace. other person slowly pulls at a slight angle. This normally works for us and we have did a ton of police and ambulance. Lots of labor but normally the glue comes with it so clean up...
We just set ours up with Onyx, really easy. I think Onyx is in the $4k range to buy or $100 per month sub. Make sure your summa is able to do barcodes in its setting, you also have to register with Summa to get code to activate the feature - do this before buying Onyx.
Coreldraw and illustrator are gonna be your best options for design software. $20-30 per month, I’m not sure if they sell them stand alone anymore. This is what most people are using and YouTube has 1000s of tutorials on just about everything for these softwares.
Summa also has downloadable...
Got it - Setting up Pantone Spot Colors & Adjusting the Color Management in my Quick Set to "Light Images". This Left my Color Values to Match Between Corel, Illustrator and Onyx.
Thank you guys for the Help - back to Printing :)
Yes the prints are coming out dark than what they look like on Screen & Onyx is making adjustments to the colors.
Not sure if there is a way to tell Onyx to leave colors as is.
We are trying to match a Customers Color from our Flatbed prints but when we do prints on our Colorado colors are...

Hey Guys,
We are running into a issue with Onyx and Our Canon Colorado Printer. We are making solid colors in Corel & Illustrator but when we open them in Onyx they are coming out a bit dark than they looked in Corel.
Tried Corel & Illustrator and both gave me the same darker red than needed -...
I agree with Pauly. Colorado has been an awesome printer for us.
Maintenance is once a week and printer stays powered and cleans and adjust automatically. There is so much automation from color tracking to loading. Loading is the fastest I have ever seen - place the roll rod into the roll and...
Water jet - Router & laser will require lots of clean up and make a mess. Water jet leaves a nice finish and higher end models are very quick. Reach out to some manufacturers and view them in person. Nothings worst than a manufacturer doing post clean up and saying it came off the machine...
Free - 10k maybe 15k (clean machine)
If I remember correctly someone on here gave one away for free just had to pick it up.
eBay has several comparable sold for under 10k ($2.5k-9,999). We tried to sell a one year old model (similar brand) and took 60k off new price and no bites after 2 months...
USPS is best for small packages under 2LBS, we ship a ton with them. UPS ground gives good rates to residential and larger packages. FedEx is good for B2B, they charge a surcharge for shipping to residential. Ups and FedEx would be the more professional services, USPS is great but we loss the...
