i talked to a luma brite dealer today and they said that luma brite was having trouble with their products and nothing would be available till january as they are totally redesigning their product...? anybody else hear anything like this?

does anyone actually use the "Fellers" technique and bridge over the channels with reflective or other material and then wrap over that? if so, dont you get a small lip when you wrap over it??
ERIC roland is having an install at richard childress racing in NC in Mid November...idk what kind of machine you have or if you need to have a roland to attend or not...
This appears to be a common problem on these machines...my dealer has already replaced the spring with a different length spring, and replaced it with new capping station... anyone else run into this with their machine? what repairs did you have made?

Thanks for everyone's reply...My other question is, when laying down a large panel...do you hinge in the middle and work up/ down, or is their more preferred method? Also do you squeegee vertically and keep a straight across pattern, or so you do some other method? I seem to develop some...
