The ink waste replacement pads that are in the ink waste tray on the 48" Mutoh. Do you just buy em from SW? or do you make your own? Just seams like to me that I could get away with something cheaper than having to buy the actual replacement pads. Paper towel? cotton balls? What do you do?

Schein Holographics Chromes from SignWarehouse. I use it ALL the time, I keep every color in stock. I know exactly what you mean about it wanting to lift from the liner while cutting. I switched to a 60 degree blade and the problem stopped. There are only 2 colors that seam to lift on me still...

That's a tough cookie to swallow. What I have done in the past is, in a professional manner, point out that it was indeed their mistake but then tell them you'd be willing to work with them by splitting the mistake with them 50/50. Of course each situation is different as with each customer...
