Yup, 48 preheat, 40 platten, 48 dryer, the default of the Avery 1005EZ RS color profile that was preloaded with Flexi 8.6 installation. The color is just Dark Blue from the default color palette in Flexi.

Trying to print a large solid and am having problems. It appears to have very random area's of darker print that looks all orange peelish, like a bad rash, no particular pattern at all. I'm not sure if it's the printer, the inks, the material, the color profile, or what. Some advice/help...

SignWarehouse branded cutters can't have their firmware upgraded (AFAIK), I think that's why they can offer them for so cheap because they get a set model from Graphtec and that's it.

How about the cutting strip that rests on the machine under the vinyl? How bad is it? Even the smallest cut grove in it can cause problems. Try a test cut by moving your cutting starting point to be somewhere in the middle say 10" in from the right. Does it improve?

Upgrading to more RAM "should" fix your issue. It's possible that over the years you have installed programs that have placed running applications in the background when you start up your computer (updater services etc.) that's using up your RAM.

Glad you got it fixed. I was going to suggest making sure your anti-virus was disabled, it could of possibly been some sort of communication from one thing to another that your anti-virus was preventing. Happens a lot when installing programs.
