I did this, the "white" area did become transparent, however the image is still square and there is no option to contour cut, contour cut is still greyed out :(

Graphtec 24" CE3000-60 So I'm cutting a job in some metallic brushed vinyl. Brand new blade, Brand new cutting strip. I run a test cut and the triangle and square cut great, even shows a tiny score line in the liner. Run a job and go to weed it.... about 80% of the job doesn't cut all the way...

That's Awesome !! Glad to see things are going well for your project. Are you able to stand on them? Do you have to clear them of debris often (leaves, bird crap, snow)? Just as windows get dirty, do you have to get up there and windex them to free them from natural water spots/dirt?

No worries Ya, Onyx told me it's too big of a gap to go from 6 to 10 and I'll need at least a v7 to upgrade to 10. That may just be their way of getting more $$ out of us new ppl. Perhaps they will do it for existing users /shrug.

^^^ Correct Yes, Onyx software is transferable. I also need the dongle number to verify from ONYX that the version would be upgradeable to version 10. Some version 7's are only a trial and are not meant for long term use (6mo) or are only limited to certain printers. Unfortunately v6 is not...

What ever works for you. The Mutoh was real easy to set up. Once the stand is put together you just slap the printer on top, take out the print head lock, load the inks and flush the system 1-2 times and your ready to print. Connecting it was easy too, just as simple as adding a desktop...

It's like science class all over again. Take an empty 2 Liter bottle and pour HOT water in it to the top. Let sit for 20 seconds then pour out & cap bottle immediately as tight as you can. Then let it sit in room temperature and watch as it crushes itself. :)
