Maybe try GEMINI. They make plaques of cast aluminum and precision tooled. Maybe some other substrates. Not sure. You'd have to have a vector file of what you want.

I'm thinking the list of things you do behind the logo are a bit too big. When I look at it it's like there's a headlight over there competing with the main graphic. Maybe if the list was just 90% the size it is now that may help. All-in-all though it looks sweet! Great colors, good movement...

Bulletin paint and lettering enamel are not the same. Bulletin colors are for covering large background areas. The lettering enamel has more pigment in it and is thicker and seems to be mixed more smoothly than bulletin colors.

I think you should do the set-up yourself. For the customer, give them instructions as to how to supply you a file you can work with.

What I'm guessing is that the connotation of "Mad" that they're aiming at is like referencing someone as having "mad skills". The challenge is how to portray that in a logo.
