Warm it up a little and the shear will not crack the edges. Just a real quick pass with a heat gun. It takes very little heat. If it is hot in the shop it will cut without the heat.

I got mine today. Messed with it a little. Seems to work fine. Pressure works. I have never used one and I will need some time to get used to it. It is a long way across the screen. I hadn't noticed the flick yet. That will help.
I just put 8.1v1 on a Windows 7 machine. It seems to work fine but production manager is not seeing the available ports. I am just hooking up a plotter. It was on a lpt1 on my xp machine. I have an available serial but Flexi does not see it. Device manager sees and says is working. Any ideas?
