+1 on the bearing...
I wouldn't just put a bolt through it and hope everything keeps spinning... it would be best if they had some sort of bearing to spin on.
I would use the hinge method and work from the center out...
Or... if you really wanted to use the big squeegee in the standard way: Get the whole piece of lexan back from your router guy (circle and square piece with circle hole...) Drop the circle in the hole, line everything up and mount...
My wife owns a bakery and there is a scam that runs along the same lines that people try to pull for wedding cakes... The wedding cake one goes like this:
Customer orders a cake via e-mail, a big extravagant wedding cake worth hundreds of dollars. Customer says that a courier will pick the...

So... when I cut Sintra on my panel saw and breath in all that fine dust I'm being poisoned? I knew I wasn't quite right, but I thought it was just me... Can I sue?
Actually a quick search turned up a couple of things... one of them said that saw dust isn't going to be a problem...
Komacel and Sintra are similar materials, if your local supplier carries Sintra you should be all set. The same type of material goes by a couple of different names...
"Flash Point" isn't the point where it will burst into flames... it is the point at which it starts to vaporize.
Are you arguing for or against Rapid Remover?
EDIT: (from Wikipedia)
The flash point of a volatile liquid is the lowest temperature at which it can vaporize to form an ignitable...
Having used Goo-Gone, Orange Clean and other cleaners and struggled to clean vehicles and signs, I just about sh*t myself the first time I used Rapid Remover. It was like the skies opened and a light shone down on me -- I swear I heard angels singing. I won't go back... even if the Rapid Remover...
As an aside... the stuff is kind of intoxicating... I try not to use it indoors too much... Starts off smelling nice -- "Oooo is that orange?" and then slowly kills brain cells...
I just use the Rapid Remover and the Lil'Chisler. Works like a charm. After the bulk is gone I will spray with R.R. again and wipe down, then clean with soapy water or some other cleaner (I haven't had any bad chemical reactions yet...)
If you read the packaging for the Magic Eraser it says...
I don't believe you can have the printer ignore the lm and lc by just clicking a button in PreFlight. You would have to go into media manager and them out in the "Ink Restrictions" settings...
This all seems a little odd... your problem should be fixed through some other method than trying to...
I prefer the Fiskars 9911 scissors, but they changed the design a little bit a few years ago and now the locking mechanism is constantly pissing me off...
Complaints asisde, I still use them... Buy a little scissor sharpener as well and they will last almost forever...
When I first showed up at this shop they were using white "Tub and Tile" acrylic adhesive... I kept thinking it was a baaad idea, finally did a test in the shop and I switched to Silicone.
Since then I have used Lexel Clear and Silicone II on a consistent basis and have had pretty good luck...
I use four per day, and there's no hay or cow sh!t around here... so 1,000 would take me about a year to go through.
1 for the wipers and 3 for the capping station -- use 1 for M and lm, 1 for C and lC, and 1 for Y and K.
It looks like we're going to go for ProductionHouse. We had a big talk here about pros and cons and decided to go with the ONYX upgrade.
RE: X10...
From the conversations I've had it looks like ONYX is going to go the way of Wasatch when it comes to upgrades and service contracts... Basically...
I need help choosing between ONYX ProductionHouse and Wasatch SoftRIP.
It's a long story, but I will try to make it brief.
We have been using Wasatch to run our two HP5000s since the company opened. A couple of years ago we bought a HP9000 and a Summa cutter. At the time we bought it...
I am running 7.3.2, but am not having the problems you are. My problems involve transparencies...
I used to like this program, but it has made my life hell recently.
Interesting... The customer still wants to install it himself, so I am going to try the high tack transfer first, but if it comes to me having to install it I might try this.
