yes. you can cut it on a plotter just like regular vinyl.

HOW MUCH for that wrap? why so much? it's only vinyl. don't you just lay it on there and squeegee it down real quick. it can't be that difficult. where do you get it from so i can try doing it myself first? if you make me these 2 shirts for $10 each, all my family will see them and i will bring...

it should be laminated. if not, you get a crap ton of build up of dirt in the perf and it leads or can lead to failure in a pretty short time. it also provides some extra UV resistance.

i have a small project for 3 semi trailers that require some cut vinyl bigger than my roland gx-24 will handle. i thought about buying a cheapy ebay 48" cutter, but don't want to go down that road and end up with a POS that can't even do this simple project. so i think i'd rather just sub out...
