I've cleaned the raceway and lubed it and it still feels like I have some binding on the right side as it returns to the capping station when I push it manually. Are there any other areas that might need attention if it is binding?

I am going to be making a backlit sign with Translucent vinyl. The vinyl is a 2 year outdoor vinyl, but I use a 5 year UV lam. What are the chances that this will help the vinyl last a full 5 years?

It is just alumacor endcaps...the cheap vinyl endcaps you can get from glantz or grimco....
